Although Catherine has carved out a very successful solo career she still loves the opportunity to go back to her roots and sing with her sisters, just as she did growing up!

As Ulster Scór Champion Catherine Grimley opened Ulster GAA's Club and Volunteer Conference on 14th November in Armagh City Hotel, singing 'The Banks of the Callen'.  Catherine's performance was part of Ulster GAA's promotion of Scór and a celebration of 40th anniversary of Scór.

Tommy Makem's International Song Festival
9th October 2009

Armagh City Hotel recently hosted the a very special evening of song, 'Tommy Makem Festival of Song'.  Madden Songbird Catherine Grimley wowed the audience with her unique version of Sarah Makem's 'Banks of the Callen'.  Earlier in the year, Catherine won the Ulster Scór Solo Singing Competition with this beautiful song.
